to our knowledge, he does not have one at the moment, although Killer Illumination has sometimes been called a Lvl 3. I’m not 100%, but I’m inclined to assume it’s a lvl 1 until completely proven otherwise.

KI took one meter when it was used in one of the videos keits has been posting these past few days. IIRC i think it was one of the mike ross vs ultradavid ones, not sure. It did piss-terrible damage, but he didnt have any LoU’s when he used it.
It looks like with LoUs, you can do the move with e (For Balloon Bombs and Aegis) to spend a level and get the powered up version. Dunno if the assist is automatically the weak one or the strong one.
You’re probably better off spending them that way than hoping to hit a KILL YOUUUU! Even if it is insane.
Seeing as M.O.D.O.K’s level 1s can be just as effective as a level 3 when they’re charged with 9 LOUs, I don’t think he’s going to have a level 3.

Killer Illumination isn’t level 3 from what I have seen, as someone already mentioned, the secret event clips also show it costing only 1 super meter.
What I found interesting was how MODOK was about to beat out proton cannon with KI even when Iron Man started his super first.
M.O.D.O.K Move List
Saw some “unknown commands” in the 1st post and decided to contribute, I didn’t get a chance to play Modok so I can’t comment on anything lol. If I would guess at his grab super, I think it’s DP-motion 2x. I did see a friend land j.A (kicks) into j.A (kicks) twice and it combo’d in the corner pretty funny looking

While I must say he looks rather lame, and I did not see his inclusion coming in a million years, he actually sounds incredibly interesting. The anal cubes sound very intriguing, and i wonder how effective his barrier assist is gonna be cause it sounds cool.
