He got destroyed.
Video has been removed by user. Haha. I saw it and he ate so many fireballs and cornered himself trying to jump over them. It was hilarious.
At 1.38 in the video. I didnāt know you had time to confirm counter hit S.MP into Shadow Axe. Went into the lab after seeing this and much to my surprise I did indeed find I could confirm the counter hit.

Justin Wong set. I have a feeling that once they buff Bison in 2017, Wong will come back for this character. He seems fond of him.

Sakoās Ibuki vs NodoamEHondaās Bison. Iām not familiar with the latter Bison, but heās good. Sakoās Ibuki is insane though.
yeah is really sad, thatās why Inferno should be an invincible reversal and I will never stop complaining about it.
I find it weird Bison did not try at least once to jump/backdash on wakeup, especially on the last round

oooh well Bison doesnāt have any good match anyway; and this one doesnāt look any better.
Urien probably hasnāt been normalized and will probably undergo nerfs (he can be very oppressive). What pissed me off is how Urien has an invincible metered reversal and Bison has none, and little to compensate for it too.
Either way, this hasnāt been the best year balance wise and hopefully the balance patch will address this.
Lol I dont know how you can deduce that itās bad for Bison just from that video alone. His his pokes look betterā¦Thatās all that I saw.
Urien has no 3 frame normal. Also has no cross up. His medium kick pokes have much more range than Bisons but they are a frame slower. Regardless its far too early to call this match up.
Nash doesnāt have 3 frame normal and beat Bison any day of the week; the thing is because you two obviously missed it, Urine is faster both his walkspeed and dash, has and amazin AA, an Overhead, invincible reversal with EX and with his Vskill (which gives armor to his specials out said his fire ball) that means he would waste his VMeter AND a great Vtrigger. in the video you can see that once Bison is in Vtrigger his is NOT better is worst he lost the only way to get out of 50/50 UrienĀ“s Vtrigger because he canĀ“t used VReversal which it is garbage anyway.
I donāt have enough Nash experience to call the match up but Problem X said it was one of only 2 match ups Bison went even in.
I didnāt miss the better walk and dash speed, its just I didnāt bother to mention it as its pretty obvious that every character in the game has a better walk speed and faster dash (except some grapplers) and its highly likely that every DLC character will be the same as well.
Ditto for AA, Bisonās AA is the worst or second worst in the game along with Vegaās. No surprise Urien has better AA, but I will admit Urienās AA looks very strong.
True Urien has an overhead and an invincible reversal two powerful tools. His V-Skill looks pretty sweet too, but it doesnāt grant armor from frame 1 so its not going to give him a meterless reversal.
But that video is a terrible example of the match up. Never mind that its highly unlikely either player knows the match up.
@ 0.21 Bison does an un-optimized crush counter combo.
@ 0.24 Bison does not use a C.LP as he should have here, it would of allowed him to land a counter hit combo.
@ 0.42 Bison could of crush counter punished Urien so hard here.
@ 0.58 WTF is this nonsense.
@ 1.15 Drops a cancel combo here. Admittedly difficult due to the tempo of the game.
@ 1.23 another un-optimized crush counter combo.
@ 1.28 dropped combo.
@ 1.30 this was dope, but why did he even do this?
@ 1.34 Iām going to assume this was an execution error on the Bison players part.
That Bison threw away round one, round two less so but their was still errors on his part.
One other thing I observed from that match up is that Ureinās projectile doesnāt look to be a threat. He doesnāt seem to have good recovery on it that he can follow up behind it and use it as a shield. The 2 hit charged version is free to Head Press.
His poke range concerns me the most, but Iām not sure what his damage output is like.
He will have to take Axe pressure or else rely on a risky EX.Reversal.
He canāt exploit Bisonās weakness to cross ups.
He needs to space his Chariot Tackles to be safe.
His Knee Drop is a free Psycho Axe punish on block. EX. Knee Drop is +, its really good.
Headbutt whiffs on crouchers and is very unsafe on block.
Ex. Headbutt hits crouchers but is crush counterable on block.
first of all fuck Problem X he is a terrible player! YES as you are reading FUCK Problem X he has no idia of Bison in this game; remember when he say that āIām going to show everyone that Bison is one of the best character in the gameā?? well he really did Ā¬Ā¬.
I do have a lot of experience in the Nash mach; he has a lot of mobility with his dash and special, amazingly better AA with his normal which at first glance doesnāt seem to have but he does and with his specials to, superior Vskill and better pokes, for Bison is really hard to chase him, you can not reflect his fire ball or he will Moonsault Slash you all day, is NOT even at all.
as you say that Bison player is not great, and you can say the same about Urien after all is new unexplored charcater, but because he has better option that Bison end winning the match, if you have two equally even players the better character wins.
I played Problem X back in USF IV, I can assure you heās not a terrible player, heās pretty much as good as anyone in Europe and its difficult to see him suddenly get worse in a game thatās much easier to play. When he said he was going show the world what Bison can do, he was dominating his locals in England and had won a European CPT event, so he was undoubtedly feeling pretty confident back then. Now that Bisonās weaknesses are more known and players are more comfortable with their characters, he more than likely doesnāt feel that way now. I donāt know what his idea of Bison is, but Iām pretty sure heās joined the majority of Bison players in saying the character is weak and thatās why he dropped him. Unless your saying heās wrong and M.Bison is actually really good in this game?
You may have a lot of experience in the match up but I donāt mean offense when I say your an online nobody and Iād put more worth in Problem Xās opinion than yours. Although I do agree with most of your points on the advantages Nash has.
The Bison player may be good, he just made a lot of errors in that match. We all make mistakes but had he converted one or two more opportunities he would of probably won. Sure Urien is unexplored but you canāt say he won because he had better options.
A more correct statement would be if you have too equally even players at the highest level of play the better character wins the majority of the time
NO!! Iām not the only here one who said since beta 4th Bison was bad, really bad; I get a lot of heat back then; and time has proved me right sadly. I post the video of how he won that tournament and it was painful to watch, he just did dash and S.Hk and get CC on every single one of his opponent, Mikas and Chun-lis, we all know how that really work if he could see that as a āprofessionalā well thatās the kind of professional who he is. If you think he is good that your opinion; wherever lest move one.
Urien has better options, that is a fact;we Bison player wish we have half of that, if you do not want a good AA, usefull Vskill, an invincible reversal, a good Vtrigger; well congratulations!!! you have the character of your dreams enjoy it.
