I share this video to make a point; see how Nash’s Moonsault Slash works?? the amount of pressure he can generate and mobility he has; well Bison’s SK should works like that.
Nash’s Moonsault Slash:
LK version - Is even on block
Mk Version- Is plus +1 on block
HK version – Is plus +2 on block
On hit: plus +3 for all versions
EX-Version: It’s plus +5 on hit, +1 on block It can also go over projectiles too.
M. Bison’s Scissor Knee:
LK SCISSORS: Fastest on startup but least damage. Least safe on block (-4)
MK SCISSORS: Middle on speed and damage. Safer than LK Scissors on block (-3)
HK SCISSORS: Slowest but most damage. Safest on block (-2)
EX SCISSORS: Fastest and most damaging. Also safest and even +1 on block
no version is airborne or has invincibility against projectiles.

And it’s not like Scissors is harder to stuff than moonsault either.
Like I said in the season 2 changes thread…the move just needs to bring more to Bison than just combo enders for ranges that blast wont hit at. It would have been sick if knee press worked like Uriens tackle…It would be really nice to see old Scissor kick corner pressure from sf4, etc
