Let’s recap: Someone asks if Rose is M.Bison’s wife. I said it was already explained. Someone else says it wasn’t. I provide a site with proof, no one bothers to click it because hey, if people weren’t afraid of a little research, we wouldn’t have 50 threads asking the same already answered question. :rolleyes:
So here’s some lines from the site I provided.

In Rose’s SFA3 ending as well as that Freudian official art where Bison’s holding her, that’s actually supposed to represent Bison finally taking over her mind and merging with her again or something. Or at least planting the seeds for it. Basically, after Charlie finally killed Bison by blowing up the psycho drives… well, Bison’s soul had to go SOMEWHERE while Shadowloo scientists constructed him a new body for SF2…

That sounds truly lame. If Rose is Bison’s good side than how come she’s a chick? Wouldn’t his good side just be a panzy version of Bison who wears pink? I think I actually prefer Rose being Bison’s wife.
Well there’s always been either spiritual plots or just rumours that the two are cousins but never that they’re married 
The two are oppossing forces to each other though, Soul Power is the rival of Psycho Power I believe so Mohammedal1i could be right.

Whats with capcom and all this gender bending? In Resident Evil: Dead Aim the main villain who’s a man, mutates into some sexy female super zombie, which is never explained. In Resident Evil: Code Veronica, one of the main villains is a cross dresser. And now I hear that Bison wants a sex change. Gotta love those wacky capcom writers.

He also wanted Ryu. So I guess it evens out?
Who said Bison is a man? If he isn’t human any longer, then his gender is irrelevant.
Rose is probably a women because when Bison separated into good and bad Bison, the bad went into one body and the good went into another body, regardless of the gender.
Rose is simply the female that received Bison’s good side when both sides split.
