Hsien-Ko’s XF3 speed should be her normal speed. It’s almost VS speed.
I feel like her Lv.2 XF speed and damage is just right. Lv.3 might be a bit too much. But I don’t really end up with her with XF a whole lot, so I’ll need to play around with it more. Even if the just gave her that buff, she’d be a bit better off.
But she really needs Pendulum Canceling back too. Important for mixups and stuff, even though this is a different game. Less recovery on her teledash would be nice too. Less hitstun deterioration would really help out as well.
i want strider to have a new move where he pounds the ground like commando and a bunch of orbs shoot out at 180 degrees. Just like zero’s (get ready) move in x4, only it’s good for close range, and it juggles the opponent. That would be great for an assist.

No, because that means she cans still use normals! Make her able to only through 9-second Bombs! There, balanced.
Hulk has super armor on s.M, s.H and gamma charge attacks. I didn’t play Hulk in the previous games, but he seems to have less super armor (although I dunno how it worked back then).
And Morrigan doesn’t need a damage boost. People really need to be more creative and learn how to play her. She is the heaviest meter user in the game under Phoenix and she requires a good battery character to make her work.
Hsien-Ko is complete ass in MvC3. She was one of the big reasons why I was so disappointed with the game and eventually sold my copy.
Is Hsien-Ko’s gold armor the stupidest idea in this game after Dark Phoenix? And Arthur’s gold armor breaking into his boxers? How could it be possible to balance it without nerfing the hell out of Hsien-Ko’s everything?

How characters like Bionic Commando man and Hsien-Ko of all characters made the cut over the poster boy of one of Capcom’s previous Big Three million-selling serieses back in the SNES days… is beyond me.

Other than ending a DHC glitch Morrigan has no solid options for damage. The amount of meter she has to spend to do a fraction of the damage others do for less is displayed nicely in that combo video that was on the front page earlier this week.

Yes, I put in serious time with him. Also I didn’t say I don’t like building teams, I said I don’t like building teams with the need to compensate, which you 100% have to for Arthur.
He always ended up as an anchor, and frankly that’s not a position I like him in, nor did I ever like him there.
I fucking love Arthur to death, but I’m not stupid, nor blind as to his horrendous shortcomings in this game. It’s fucking sad when MAGNETO can do a better job then Arthur. It really is.

There’s not really any thing to learn to make her damage not ass, other than pumping extra meter in. It’s not like you can throw Astral Vision into combos to rape, or just activate it for good combo damage. She hits pretty much the same total combo with or without Astral Vision, and the damn thing is 29 frames total, vs say, 13 for Sougenmu. You should not have to go so far out of your way to avoid almost all of Morrigan’s normals in a combo to deal decent damage. She peaks at about 600k for one meter with a Soul Fist corner loop, or about 580-590 mid screen with a Shadow Blade loop, and both of those consist of the named special, flight, and the H button only really. And it’s not like she can corner carry to make up for it. She can’t even really use OTG assists to extend her combos outside of the corner. Her minimum damage values need increased, end of story. She’s not unplayable, not even close, but unless you’re also using Storm, you may as well use Trish instead.
