I enjoy good riddles, and I’d like to help. But they’ve just become even more cryptic. Wouldn’t know how to begin to crack the code. Also, seeing as how I suffer Marvel naivete, I’d be a lil’ better at guessing Capcom characters anyway…shrug

Can we remember that the faucet isn’t always leaky? As in, maybe sometimes Lupinko tweets about stuff that isn’t relevant to Marvel leaks, as in, he has a personal life. So can we stop analyzing every single tweet, I know he’d say he’d be cryptic, but still. The only ones that seemed obvious were P. Wright and Strider, and maybe the Rival School one. Character’s going in the game should be fairly easy to guess. Frank West (sigh) and Doc Oc (sigh) are going in obviously. Strider and I would guess Doctor Strange would be the next two. Strider is insanely popular so there is no way they would pass up free money not putting him in and Doctor strange already has two obscure villains in the game so how in the hell could he NOT get put in?
Eventually I would bet another dark stalker makes it in. Marvel though… you got me on the rest. Could be anyone.

Picture this; Mysterio has a certain powerup special active (with no visible antics), let’s say the other player plays Dante.
Dante hits Mysterio, L M H S and goes for an air rave when suddenly poof the juggled Mysterio is nothing but a robot dummy and the real Mysterio is standing unhurt on the ground free to punish Dante…
This stuff would make players even unsure if they ever hitconfirmed the real deal… making meter management a challenge…

I’ve always liked the mirror image split Makoto (BBCS) and Kenji (Red Earth) do in their approaches. I would love a character with command dashes back and forward that split into three images, and L version makes the bottom image real, M version makes the middle one real, and H version makes the top one real.

Hm, so if Mysterio, Gill or Dr. Strange is one of the three “confirmed” guesses in this thread,
that implies out of Strider, Phoenix Wright and Frank West, one of them does not belong. Which seems highly unlikely.
