IMO, Ryan knows it more than Bonchan at least. Unlike the latter, he didn’t look like he was just feeding Luffy meter. That said, the matchup is in Rose’ favor, something Luffy is all too happy to take advantage off.

Not only that he routinely plays against Ryan in EU so he is VERY familiar with his tendencies and very comfortable against any Sagat player as a result.
