Here’s a good 1 (I made this team popular)
IM-b/Tronne-y/Cyke-b
Good close range stratagy low-tier team.
IM: With Tron u can setup his jumping inf. Just do this combo, c.lk,c.lk+tron, jump, LK, LP, LK, U.HP, jump, inf.
The lk in the start of the infinite is very important because if u start w/ lp on the 1st rep, u will not get the right height and the 2nd rep will fail.
Cyke is for Anti-air support.
Tron: IM is Tron’s assist because of her buzzsaw combos. (The buzzsaw is c.lk OTG and lk in the air)
When the enemy blocks IM’s Repulser, sj, airdash, lk, this is a good overhead.
Spam air combos like crazy.
Cyke is for Anti-air support
And take advantage of the buzzsaw’s 3 hits, don’t always just xx it.
Cyke: Cyke requires both assists to play well on this team.
Since both assists hit multiple times when blocked Cyke can easily break guards.
He really has no unique assist combos on this team so heavy comp makes it difficult.
this team relies on IM & Tron so sometimes start w/ Cyke.
Also their Team Hyper Special can easily be comboed into. (except Cyke)
IM: lp, c.lp, Team Hyper Special
Tron: c.lk (2 hits), fd+hk, Team Hyper Special

WTF? Low-tier my ass!:wow:
First off, Jill and Guile are Solid MID-TIERS. Both those characters are like pitbulls, rush down machines of choice for many.
And Iron Man is a BADASS Top-tier for sure, and is nowhere near low-tier status. Iron Man is mid-tier at worse: He has the easiest and most commonly used infinite, CRAZY combo abilities, one of the BEST Beam supers in the game, etc.
Please pick a REAL low-tier team, not trying to pass off a couple of mid-tiers and a top-tier and such.
My only comment is that there IS such a thing as “Mid-tier”. Its not just Top-tier and low-tier, there is an in between fellas.
If you guys think GREAT characters like T-bone and cyclops are low-tier, i’d hate to see what you think of characters like Shuma gorath, and Felicia(Those two are TRUE low-tiers BTW).
As for a REAL Low-tier team, here is one i like to play:
Charlie- Anti-air
Shuma Gorath- Mystic smash assist
Felicia- Expansion assist
Of coarse since these are TRUE low-tiers, i rarely play them against the GOOD players around. They are still fun to pull out when i’m up against one of the much less advanced players though, and i want to be nice and give them a fighting chance.
my low tier team is Venom-Expansion/Sabretooth-Projectile/Akuma-Expansion
these 3 have pretty good power, and Akuma helps to set up some supers such as the birdie super or venom rush super. Also, the Sabretooth BIrdie glitch goes good with Akuma DHC hadouken.
i still use my mid tier team Omega Red-Antiair/Silver Samurai-Launcher/Anakaris-Variety.

But yeah, I used to play IM/Tron all the time with my friends back when my DC still worked.
IMO low-tier teams are teams that lack Gods.
All the good teams these days have atleast 1 God.
If a team doesn’t have a God, then for some reason it is considered a lower-tier team because it lacks a God.
Tell me a Named team that doesn’t have a God.
But for a strictly low tier team
Strider-Variety/Charlie-aa/Akuma-expansion

Doom/Blackheart/Cyclops
Is not a low tier team.
Back in the day, Doom was considered tier 1, but now he’s been put in top tier(a tier below god tier).With this team… Doom has options.He can trap,play keep away(better), play a rush down game(better ) and keep rush down characters off of him(better). Cyclops is also good with doom and the same thing goes with BH.Just about everyone works well together on this team.
The only teams i would considered low tier, is,when they have no high tier or god tier in them.
Now my low tier team would be the following:
Silver Samurai/Jill/ Hayato
IM, Strider, Doom
BH, Strider, Doom
err, those aren’t low tier teams.

marrow\guile ron
beastly low tier squads.
basically anyone with tron is god like
Ken/Iceman/Thanos or Jin
Omega Red/Iceman/Hulk

Venom/Jin/Silver Samurai; The last of my low tier teams. Now I just play team Z or random characters backed up by Doom when I feel like it.

Gambit… lk, lk, hk, cyke expansion assist, cyke hits twice, hp kinetic card, royal flush… wait until all cards hit, then IMMEDIATE DHC into BBhood’s hunter super. The card explosion pops even the smallest characters up to be hit with both rows of bullets, and the damage of that entire combo is malicious.
I play:
Venom/A,Felicia/A,Ice-man/A I dont have a good anti-air though
Morrigan/A,Anakaris/3rd assist,Gambit/projectile tough start cuz my anti-air assist is on point, but with 3 bars I can kill a full health sentinel with an easy combo.
Im also working on Jill/dash,Ruby H/anti-air,Sonson/anti-air.

i like doing dash under when somone’s next char is coming in(corner), then doom+crawl back to original side. crawl is fun to use when u do it safely.
