war machine is slower but does more damage.
but the damage evens out if you do high hit combos…
WM’s proton cannon is slower then a mf…
and i think his dash is less.
slowness is THEE factor in marvel. thats why he’s a lower tier…
IM is in charge… war machine is just the backup so hes less powerful.
