Are we talking low tiers only? No gods, high, or mid tiers…just low and roll tier. Or are we saying that low tier is just simply none of the gods and top tier characters? I think we need to establish and agree on what is consider low tier if we’re going to have these matches.

I think this might make things easier for you people as to how to carry out low tier matches. I forgot who posted it, but they had a good system as to what a low tier team might be.
You basically pick your team on a four point system. So these characters are 2 points
Top Tier:
Cyclops
Iron Man
War Machine
Doctor Doom
Strider
Spiral
Upper Tier:
Blackheart
Psylocke
Captain Commando
Tron Bonne
Dhalsim
Anakaris
Then these characters would be worth 1 point.
Middle Tier:
Cammy

Juggernaut
Marrow
Guile
Mega Man
Omega Red
Rogue

Low Tier:
Akuma
Ryu

This way, this eliminates broken ass teams, and you can mix and match to truly get a low tier team.

i just noticed all the top tiers are beam characters. lets just use that as the ban guideline.
no cable, mag,sent, iron man,spiral, doom, iceman, megaman, blackheart,servbot and clyclops.
leaving war machine and strider in.
i think they should be considered fair due to their weaknesses.
servbot is both a pain in the ass to hit.
and i know him to be lethal like a mf in the right hands.

I say we either use Npartovi method or just leave the four top characters out (mag, storm, sent, cable.) The rest of the characters are equal if we know to use them and play them well. Unless for some odd reason someone out there who likes to play Zangief, Roll, and Cerbot as their ultimate team, sure they will get slaughter. I am sure each one of us will at least pick one of the 2 points character that Npartovi had listed above. I think it is fair enough without those top 4 characters, and the matches will still be interesting enough to watch/play.
