I understand how you feel.
It used to be that the scene was happily self contained in SRK where the worst that would happen is get called an asshole.
Then people decided this was not good and moved imploded SRK by opening the scene up to the general public in social media.
Now we live in a world where you can get DDOS on top of being called an asshole.
I believe this is called inclusivity. No more “gatekeeping” led to this.
