With the power of the creator level 2 does the 3 spikes (or how many there are) carry the opponent with each spike? like Mags Magnetic shock wave?
Power of the Creator/Destructor charge is cancellable into either other charges or all specials. Sounds like “Power of the Power of the Power of the Destructor!”
Its not that its cancel-able, its just that the sound effect is longer than the move.
Is it? Because if it’s not cancellable, then it’s even faster than I thought it was.
If it’s cancellable into itself, Dormammu would be ridiculously overpowered. I think it’s just a very fast move.

You can can Dark Portal into Chaotic Flame, and also Purification into Chaotic Flame, although the second of these must be done very quickly.
Do we know the effects of all Liberations?

0C 0D: Burst
1C 0D: Spike
2C 0D: Roving Spikes
3C 0D: Stigma
0C 1D: Small explosion
0C 2D: Large explosion
0C 3D: Huge explosion
1C 1D: Split hellfire
2C 1D: Weaker, bigger hellfire
1C 2D: Stronger, smaller hellfire?
2C 2D: Large hellfire
3C 1D: Spike + Hellfire

you cannot hold three charges/hand. its three charges TOTAL.
0C/0D = Burst
1C/0D = 1 spike
2C/0D = 3 roving spikes
3C/0D = Ground Stick
0C/1D = small explosion
0C/2D = medium explosion
0C/3D = Full Screen Explosion
1C/1D = short hellfire
1C/2D = spike + hellfire
2C/1D = extended hellfire
qcb+a is Power of the Creator
qcb+b is Power of the Destructor
qcb+c is Liberation
if you’re hands are fully charged (3 total) and you do qcb+a/b, you’ll Liberate, not charge up again. this way, you can only liberate unfull charges (with qcb+c) but full charges can be liberated with qcb+c Or qcb+a/b, but you can’t Liberate unfull charges with qcb+a/b. that’ll result in more powerups until the 3 limit total is full. :looney:
I’ve never seen it done in the air, or tested explicitly.
Kanta-kun said you can hold 4 charges total in the Storm/Viper build. I am thinking he might be mistaken, but without testing it personally it’s hard to say.
