If they had like 6 months more dev time to polish up the models and improve the lighting i have no doubt they would have been fine.
Fuck the marvel models look pretty good overall. They rushed the game out though.

Yeah, but the dub was straight up unsalvageable. You’d think it was made by complete amateurs on a busted mic.

at least chun got a face surgery and came out half decent in the “finished” product
not so much can be said about cats face Morrigan, crack head Dante and mexican Chris

the one way I can answer this question is this: I have some overseas friends on discord and when this game was released the 4 of us played (2 of them from the US, one from Canada, and me from Brazil). My connection was completely fine and when I asked them they said it was fine.
Then I decided to play with Will, we had a couple matches and only really one of them had some sketchy things going but nothing too bad on my side, and I asked him “tell me what you thought of that connection” and he was like “oommph I’ll never get that 10 minutes back”
Ok he didn’t say those exact words, but he pretty much made me think twice about the real quality of the game’s netcode, whether if it really is that good or just not enough people played it to know for sure if it was indeed so good.

The game looks atrocious.
It wasnt just the lighting or some tweaks, the models needed more than 6 months.
Just look at Dante, he looks like Dino from DmC with a wig.
And Morrigan is just aweful, a succubus is meant to entice you, seduce you with her looks, not look like some kind of crack addict
