I’ve had st.hp whiff punished a bunch of times. So its possible to do, not easy but possible.

That’s BS. I like Missing Person. He invited me to a local ST tournament and I went and had a great time.
The commute was far worse than I imagined and a few other things about the night that weren’t ideal but me and him played some good causal matches in ST (after I got 0-2’d hard) but he was very welcoming… Everyone was really. And everyone gave me good tips.
I do know that he’s had a few spats in the Toronto FGC but to air it out like that was BS. F-Word did coax her on though. She shouldn’t have mentioned it off-stream, but F-Word seemed to have brought it from off-stream to the stream. Though, she seemed more than pleased to talk about it.
I usually root for Jakyo because she’s a Toronto rep but that ain’t cool.

Yeah, it was a pretty big fuck up. FGC already hella gossipy so now its random select hoping you didn’t piss off somebody that’s gonna bring up your stuff on stream.
But it feels like at this level there should’ve been a producer there to tell them to drop it as soon as it started. Evo is about a lot of things, but it definitely isn’t about some silly ass local beef.
F-Word shouldn’t have brought it up on stream and she should’ve just 86ed it as soon as it started. Oh well.

So I think there are a couple of factors here, we only have two stages right now and the one stage is super super soft and the one generally played, and that stream compression makes the game look softer than it is when you actually play it.

Cygames has announced more characters haphazardly than intentionally. There’s been one character trailer for the big sword guy and then 2 more characters that I haven’t seen trailers for.
