Will it basically be month to month? Or will there be a contracted time? Rent due on the 1st, 15th, or 30th?

I can work with at least a 3 month - a year lease (pricing is listed as a year lease as premiums will vary below a year) Rent is due day of start (ex. you move in tomorrow, rent is due same day next month) I’m pretty chill about it.

off subject I play alot of Street Fighter (obviously) and just got into Borderlands. So gaming is normal. i’m pretty lax about visitors, but i can’t have any parties here considering this is a quiet neighborhood (it kills me since i’m a dj as well :sad: ). no drugs, smoking OUTSIDE only, and we keeps it clean :wink: (not super clean but managable)
