You misread that statement, it isn’t the agetec that lags, its the original Sega Dreamcast controller PCB that have reported lag when the PCB used for mods.
The once issue that person had with agetec is the price. Finding a good agetec isn’t cheap. although I would almost kill for another Agetec PCB.
it is the best in the business, the actual stick it self, is kinda hard to mod.
In the UK Agetec’s are readily available from £25 with no shortage of supply. Shame the situation is so different in America.
I have a load of spare parts for these (I modify the shells with Sanwa/Seimitsu parts and other motherboards) so I have a large pile of Agetec buttons, joysticks and motherboards just gathering dust. Did not realise there was any demand for the pcb’s, aside from VMU purposes!
