I would suggest splitting things up into 2 events per month to have half the games and players on one day and the other half another. Run events every 2 weeks and balance the games out by popularity.
At the least, that would be something to do while looking for the next venue so these tourneys can still go on.

That would work if those players are local. However a lot, if not most, of those players are traveling from afar so they probably want to bang out as much games as they can when they are there. I know of another possible venue in Nassau but I’m not sure if Icycool would be willing to run these tournies anymore.

These pics are kinda old. Since then they’ve added flatscreens. The only problem is the rec room closes at 10 or 11pm (during the year its 11- I gotta find out if that changes during the summer). Its pretty much empty over the summer now since no one is here.
