Representatives from Namco were at Castle Golf. They were in talks with Lance about a major deal.
Basically, they would buy most of the machines currently in Castle Golf, and replace them with newer Namco stuff. (Castle Golf would still owe money even after selling their machines)
Noteworthy machines we’d recieve…
Soul Calibur 3 (yes, motherfucking number three)
In The Groove 2 (had no idea Namco was involved with this game)
And most importantly…
Tekken: Dark Resurrection and/or Tekken 6
Yep. Motherfucking Tekken 6 right here on Long Island.
I am really excited about this deal and I hope it goes through. It would be so kick ass to work about an arcade with Soul Calibur 3 and Tekken 6. :bgrin: It’d be especially sweet to be the only place on Long Island with a Soul Calibur 3 machine. We’d also probably be the only one with T6 at least for the first few weeks or months after it comes out.

castle golf needs a mb cab !!!
I recently found CoinOpExpress.com, which is awesome for trying to find arcade games.
And they have a Melty Blood: AC Ver. B kit. $1476.
They also have a Soul Calibur 3 kit for $1440.
that woudl be amazing if they had a mb cab it would bring alot of people from nj,ct,nyc area out to play due to the only mb cab is really far in upstate ny
It would not be impossible for us to get the formentioned MB kit.
But it would really help chances if people were willing to chip in. I’m willing to throw down at least $300 for this right now. (although I’d rather use the money on the Soul Calibur 3 kit myself) Lance could probably cover a big chunk of the price too.
One major issue is that the kit does not come with a cabinet. I don’t think there are any in storage here (I’ll check again). So either we have to find one, buy one (decent ones are hundreds), or use one of the cabs already in use by another game. (don’t really need Tekken 4 anymore)
What, you’re telling me you don’t have 8 more KI2 cabinets in storage?! D:
