You can auto-pilot online. Yun and Urien players are notorious for doing that.
I think he means you have a pre planned set of things to do and you do them regardless of what your opponent is doing. You probably see it the most for oki. First I’ll go low, next time I’ll go high, third time I’ll buffer a low parry then walk up throw. Sure hope this works! I think 5 star called this spraying and praying in that thread he made last year.
It definitely happens on GGPO. But I don’t think it’s the players, it’s the environment.
I think it’s a little bit of both. When you have dude’s doing Ibuki’s Jab, Jab, Jab, Jab thing I think there’s a high chance that they know what environment they’re in.
These kinds of things are what’s supposed to bring players together. This is why I have such respect for igloo and Rowan. Neither expects to have shit handed to them and when they get lucky enough to have something given to them, they put it into their own words, expand their experience and move on. They are what 3s players are supposed to be.

It’s what Igloo described with one glaring detail left out. You decide you are going to do this attack and then when the dang thing rolls back you do it anyway! You could never know what it was that I had decided to and you do it anyway. And when I use the word “you” I mean “you” as in the player. Not you in particular as yuuki. what i meant by repeating the same sequence (not back to back) is certain people out of habit cant mix up their defensive options. example would be after blocking a deep jump in, they will always crouch tech. or if i cross them up, theyll always whiff throw if i back dash, or after they block this move, they always push this move, etc etc i thought this might be the issue for some people.
a loop is the same sequence consecutively (in succession). i shouldnt even have to give examples of this. considering people can understand what i write more frequently, id say my english is a lot better off than yours. trust me, im not trying to insult your intelligence, not a lot of effort is needed for that.

Dander you ARE really difficult to understand. Both the meaning of things you say and the condescending way you talk to people. As if you know a shit load more about this game than anyone else. If I didnt know you personally, I would have probably lost it on you years ago.
Anyways, these long commented sets are a good idea. I hope some good insight is being shared without people getting all butthurt. That’s the problem with most people.

Like, the kind of english that regular americans have been using for a long time, the kind we’re taught, and I only ever quib with yuuki and exo because every other statement ends with some condescending blurb you and every other apologist blatantly chooses to ignore. I don’t know more about the game, I know as much as you know about the game but I’m also willing to swim around in the more hectic areas of the game. You guys mainly know more Japanese players’ names and, I feel, I am more willing to actively delve into details from someone else’s point of view even low level scrubs.
