I think 300$ would be at least the minimum. With the skill level gap between dander and Jordan, it would be a waste of Jordan’s time to play for anything less, especially $5.
I’m not a fan of money matches and say chalk it up to pride but danders ego is an exception where there wouldn’t be any pride at stake heh.

Yeah you guys are right. One day I will be good enough to beat Nuki, Kuroda and Boss just like Ryan. Until then, I will have to keep practicing on ggpo if I want to get a leg up on Kuroda. I hear he plays online too. I just hope ggpo can make me as good a player as it has made yuuki and metric. I hear those guys can beat ryan, who can in turn beat all the best japanese players.

Every reputable online players claims to be better than majority of the player base. I just play for fun, I’m not out trying to get the W by playing only safe tactics.
I only name drop pryo and yi because I got to play with them and learn the most from them. Maybe you really should work on your reading comprehension, man. We’re not kids, anymore. You’re going to have to learn how to read between the lines someday.
The MM challenge came up because I said ggpo sucks for learning the game. If it doesn’t, then in time I will see because we will have many more high caliber players playing. I got on ggpo for the first time something like 2 maybe 3 years ago and the only thing bringing in more players is things like gootecks podcast.
Now I’m having a hard time remembering when I stopped having fun with this game. I’m wondering if it was before you became “the top dog” or if it was before that around the time I was only playing 3s at FFA or Denjin…It’s not like I’m losing or winning more…

I’m living in Redmond, which isn’t too far from Seattle. Once I’m settled, I’m down for some games.
I don’t care about the money, we don’t have to play for money - though, it would have been nice to potentially take money from someone that, after getting streaked, lashed out with such charming remarks like “you’re just a unskilled player who autopilots in lag” “such a faggot” “online hero” etc.
After that one set, you insulted me so many times that you felt guilty, later messaging me on Facebook, apologizing for your behavior. Which is fine, I appreciated the sentiment, but you really shouldn’t be telling people they need to grow up when you still uncontrollably personally attack someone when you lose in a video game.
Anyway, the set wouldn’t be about the money. I just wanted to play you offline, I was thinking it would have been fun, but maybe not. Thinking more on it, a part of me wouldn’t be able to enjoy it. I think I’d very quickly realize that you just aren’t on my level, and I’d start to feel guilty, shit, embarrassed for you, and more importantly, annoyed at the fact that I’m just wasting my time with the troll, that guy on SRK that gives bad advice, makes excuses and verbally attacks people when he loses.
