Yep, it’s out on the 31st. I’m gonna pick it up for PS3 first (typically the tournament standard), then Xbox a bit later on. Both Lizardman (goes by his name Aeon now) and Mitsu will be in the game but Kilik (the staff user) has been replaced by a character named Xiba who shares a similar moveset.

Xiba looks exactly the same as Kilik except his throws from what I can tell. I used to main Kilik in SC2 but kinda lost interest in him. I also liked Nightmare, Xianghua, and Astaroth though so maybe one of them (or their new equivalents) will be fun. Actually now that I think about it Cervantes, Mitsurugi, Yoshimitsu, Seung Mina, and Raphael were all pretty fun too actually.
Tbh I didn’t even use Kilik that much…Mitsu and Lizardman were by far my most played (ie. characters I use if I wanna win).
Anyone play Tekken? During the Wizard days the Koreans and one of London’s legendary SF players got me into Tekken4. Used to whore that Jin 2,1 like it was my job lol.
Btw, my only SC experience comes from SC3 on PS2. Oh and arcade SC1 and maybe 2 I forget.

Joe/MvC guys: I have a new team I want to test. I’m completely fraudulent with 2 of these characters though I’m just testing the concept. If this works the way I think it does then I’m learning these characters and the team is going on secret weapon status (no Zero wtf I feel so not broken).
I want to say I’ll play SC, but I doubt I’ll do more than dabble in it. My once-a-week AE session is already too much non-Marvel stuff.
I think a FB page would be a good start to expanding a bit. We need numbers somehow. It’s a classic fact that London has to have some potential players who’d care to play every week, and FB pages are easier to access than SRK. London Street Fighter Battle of the Burger FB page and youtube with some of the recorded stuff once we get that organized is certainly a start. Gotta be someone at UWO I can lure out with a poster or something!
Might not be able to make it tomorrow cause I’m headed to Montreal for MTL Nemesis on Friday. I was telling Drew to learn a new team with one solid established strat, just to change it up. Hope to make it tomorrow anyway to see that, we’ll see.
A Facebook page would be cool, but keep trying to use SRK as much as possible. Otherwise mods will shut down our thread like before, or even worse fuse it into the Windsor/London/Chatham thead again. It will be 08 all over again with Uber Johnson posting in out threads about how cool and awesome he is.
Not sure if I’ll be able to make it today, but I’ll see what I can do.
As far as a name for all the networking/media stuff goes, I always had “Forest City Fighters/FCF” in my head. Not sure what you guys think but I thought it was a decent name. Hopefully we can talk about all this in person soon.

Tape whenever possible too, cause London has jack shit for vids. Oh, and if anyone else wants to be part, post and I’ll add you, but make sure you’re willing to actively participate and not just be there for show. And finally, if there is interest in any other game like say 3S, then I can add it and whatever other games people care about.
I wish there were more than two active players in Windsor so I could do something like the above…
