No Botsmaster was amazing. It was the one good show they ever did. Although the main bad guy’s name was always really hard to pronounce.
Also I watched that new TMNT movie forever, and it was aweful. They just made crack after crack about how terrible late 80s tmnt was which wasn’t terrible at all. Go back and watch the old tmnt show and you realize they did an aweful job portraying them. And old shredder and krang were the worst part of it. They just made them bumbling bafoons. Old shredder was a badass they wouldn’t have stepped down to that stupid new shredder. No wonder new turtles went to shit.
More like they didn’t get the 87 turtles show at all and didn’t know how to portray it, so they just made a long movie poking fun of them and tried to make their turtles look cooler. Which by the way new ninja turtles are not cool at all.
Anyone want to play some Marvel tonight after 5? I can host at my place but there’s no parking. I’m downtown though so if you can bus it it’s pretty easy to walk to (corner of Clarence and Horton). Call/text me 5 one 9 - four 3 seven - 5 nine O seven… or post here but I don’t have internet at home so if you post after 5 when I leave work then I won’t see it.
Ehhh to be honest I never really cared that much for SF. It just got me into fighting games. More importantly though I want to be good at Marvel and want to focus on that. Don’t have time to be good at both. I might still play SF casually, probably won’t enter tourneys though.
As for the “must play everything”, I am the epitome of that statement; in the last year I’ve tried playing SF, MvC, Brawl, Melee, BBCS, MK9, StarCraft 2, Bad Company 2, and League of Legends competitively, simultaneously. That doesn’t mean I can’t pick something to focus on though.
Next week I should be able to host 2 or so sessions. I got AC and a pool and a room big enough for 3+ setups. I’ll find out when I’m working next week and throw some dates up.
