Live Action Video Game Mascott!

Playing Street Fighter, Kof, Guilty Gear and other gaming is hottness especially when you worked hard enough to become good at it. However what if we can learn how to become the characters in “REAL LIFE” make martial arts, acrobatic, gymnastic, breakdancin, free running moves and manuvers into the live action movement of gaming characters.

I’m searchin for groups of people that are athleticly talented to answer the call and perform a team of “Real life” animated fighters from the games and anime that we see. Work on making it a career and show hollywood how it’s truely done since Hollywood has a bad history destroying videogaming, comic book stories.

See the link below for an example of my visionary concept. let me know your honest opions about it!

Well I dont think Ill be able to afford rent at Hollywood but I like your idea. Im a Ryu cosplayer and have modeled a lot of my life around him, inadvertently. I like working out, martial arts, and I even like to trick too (look up MA Tricks.) So I can do his little spinny double hurricane kick, fight, and all that fun stuff. Pm for my facebook or cosplay page that has a few pics, just for fun (not a resume haha.)

Over the winter break Ill be filming a Ryu Training video. So if anything, wanna tell you theres lots of hope for finding people that have been influenced heavily by these characters. Hopefully some nearby your area and you can get something together.

I’d say hit up the anime / video game conventions in your state. Youll find:

  • people who will cosplay those rarer fighter characters
  • people who are into martial arts
  • people who work out to fit the character
  • a few people into gymnastics or Martial Arts tricks
  • all in the state you are at so you can start filming

May be hard to find all that combine but if youre lucky youll find some. Try cosplay.com too, its a great place for finding cosplay organized by costume name. good luck

Also you got some good ups there man. Im sure you’ve heard of tricking.

Thanks alot for your information. I look forward to seeing your Ryu training video. In fact my heavy influences in martial arts are Kitana, (MK) Rose (SFZ & IV) Psylocke (X-Men) and so forth. At the moment I’m in the middle of a move from the East coast to the West coast. Once I reach the west coast then I’m gonna start uploading my updated videos on “tricking” martial arts and “live action” video gaming moves in “real life” right now I just have so older videos and my current skill levell is pass that seen on the current thread.

I attend the majority of the Anime conventions on the East Coast so I will work towards making a name for myself on the West coast. When you make your videos please do share I’d love to add my opinons and comments. Also take a look at the Fu-Sung E. Cookye Show. on youtube let me know whatcha think.
