Hey there, I was just wondering if I could get some help. I got a few emus and I’ve tried to use Kawaks for online, but its not so good. Is there any program that lets people connect IP to IP, or maybe one thats better to play with than another? I wanna get down with some SFA3, but I can’t figure this crap out. =D

no the only way to play SFA3 online is thru kaillera
I went out and got the mame32k with kaillera built in. its working the same way that kawaks was, but i was just wondering if there was a better way. someone should make a “playing online for n00bs” sticky or something.
Ok, I live in Japan, and I want to play with people that live in the states, and other places that arent close to me. How do i go about doing this? I tried the approach of finding a room that had the same ping time, but it was all retarded and doing combos was a nightmare.

playing people across oceans is gonna’
be tough for you no matter which server
you go into unless you both have super
extra fast connections.
it isnt so much the emulator, though
mame and kawaks do play different online.
your best bet is to find a good, centralized
server for you and the player so that you
either both have a good, average or bad connection.
The ONLY way you’re going to find a smooth running game is thru ZSNES and Zbattle. Sorry, but kaillera is too laggy for you it sounds like.
