Linking personal YouTube to 360 OE question

I’ve asked around and Google searched all I could, but I’m coming up short with answers.

What is preventing me from being able to authorize my YouTube account to allow replay uploads direct from 3SOE on 360?

First thing’s first, this is what the Settings menu is supposed to look like:

But this is what it actually looks like on my screen:

A couple things to note as well;

I’ve already unlinked my YouTube account to my Google+ account.

I have the Youtube app for 360 and am the only one logged in to it.

I have been able to upload replays before to the sf3onlineedition channel.

I also, for some reason, am also unable to toggle challenges on or off. They are simply off for me.

Any solutions? Thoughts? Would really like to be able to upload matches and get insight from others.
