It’s LA County and only 90 days so she’ll probably do 1/3 of that, 30 days or 45 tops. Most people with 90 days generally don’t do more than 1/2 their time. Also there is no way she’ll being doing anything less than 30 days on a 90 day sentence. She’ll be doing at least a month minimum. She won’t do anything near 90 either, she’ll be out well before that. So that poll is way off except for the 30 being about the most accurate. Either way she’ll be in and out before she knows it. That is unless she gets put in solitary because she’s a celebrity. I can imagine that would be an anxiety attack waiting to happen. Anyways Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa is looking to bring the percent back up to 80%. She better hope she doesn’t fall into that percent bracket.

Ehh… right now non violent offenders in Los Angeles County are only doing about 1/4 of their sentences before being released, assuming Lindsey puts on a happy face and plays nice while she’s there she’ll probably serve about 20 days.
