Iāve researched it somewhat, and from what I know youād be better off going to the Casino if you like being taken to the cleaners. At the very least, it is totally unsustainable and unpredictable. Itās a way to either make a lot of money or lose a lot instantly. Basically if you lose, stop playing or if you win you should still stop playing with your winnings.
I was looking for a knowledge free way to make extra money, but from the sounds of it, youād be better off gambling on your favorite sports team.
yea forex is not for the faint of heart. its up there with commodity trading and futures trading, shit that can clean you out. although people who were long the dollar this past couple years made a killing.
I think the forex market is way above my risk appetite, and I have seen people claim there is money to be made there, but I think itās way too much risk for the average investor.

with the guys talking about trading gold/commodities; Are you guys actually in commodities or in the associated ETFs that track them? I was under the impression that the barrier to entry regarding commodities was a bit high. Am I mistaken/are there other pathways that I am unaware of?

So, I finally paid off my 2014 taxes because I had to pay more because of the canceled debt on my five figure credit card balance and a foreclosed/auctioned off condominium that was on my 2014 taxes. Still have a total debt of about $10,000 currently. Going to pinch pennies and see about going to another veterans place that helps with claims, like the purple heart or DAV or somethingā¦
Funny how China stopped trading after a 7% plunge. If people donāt know by now. The markets are rigged. Basically, if you are putting your money in the market then you might as well go to casinos. Always remember, for there to be winners, there has to be losers, just like the games in casinos and NLHE, etc.

BTW if you were going to buy any gold/silver, donāt get the ETF and buy physical metal. Itās actually pretty easy. The GLD ETF has over 300 claims per ounce of gold, which basically means if the fund goes bust, youāre not getting anything.
