I haven’t actually watched any of the videos since my connection sucks, but still thought I’d mention that:
??? Elena is a guy named Josh Rey. He spent a lot of time playing 3rd Strike with Lifetimeboy (John Michael) and usually plays either Elena or ChunLi.
??? Alex is a guy named Martin (sp?) from the old Quarters arcade in Kirkland. He seems to have not played in a while, since his parrying and execution were amazing at Quarters.
SAI Yun and Oro guy is a Gameworks employee who would rather be playing Guilty Gear. Someone told me his name Saturday, but now I forgot it, so sorry that I wasn’t any help on that one.
Well if I’m lazy ill burn all my 2d fighters on to a disc.
If I feel like doing it… Ill see if i can bring my computer and really get down. like i have people right now hooking me up with Ps2 to USB converters…
I think im almost set on what need 2d fighter wise.
Jus’ bring it to Pink Godzilla, 6th and King, I-District. They’re supreme douchebags but they’ve the stuff and will mod it for you. 45-60$. Or, go there and buy the mod and do it yourself.
Yo guys, swap magic is the disc. You can buy a flip-top mod that way you don’t 'ave to (eventually destroy) your machine by slide-carding it. I’ve an extra flip top that I can part with as my fatty PS2 is busted and I now use two slimlines.
EDIT: I jus’ don’t trust the slide-card. Aaron used that o nhis PS2, totally gross. 101
Yeah I’m scared of destroying my PS2 cause I need it for ST and other assorted RPGs (and maybe for 3S someday). From what I’ve heard it appears that the flip top/swap magic ish is the safest route to take. I’m just tryin to play KOF XI and HnK what’s up!?!?!?!?
