I think my Dudley is slowly but surely returning to his old self.
I like to think I did vastly better this week than last week, even though I still didn’t win a match. -_-

I might give up on 3S, since the people I used to play with don’t really play it anymore. Hard to use a character like Dudley when you don’t get consistent competition. We’ll see I dunno. I use Chun Li (who doesn’t?) as well hahah. It’s just boring playing her. I hate Yun. And hella people play Ken. He’s like…the fashionable top tier to use or somethin.
Hahah, and if you can’t play Dudley you’re magically bound to the top three? 
He had like 20 wins when I left, did he lose a single match that night?
I got a round off and almost a match but I’m not sure if he was just fucking with me or holding back.

How many peeps are showing up nowadays for mvc2/3s? I’ve been wanting to go, but my studies/work do not permit me to do so.

Hmm there needs to be more 3s players in general, same with mvc2 that show up. I’m sure LTB never shows up because he beasts everybody and people start complaining about top tier chars this and that.
I’ve only been there a few times but I always see/hear people just complain when they lose to a obvious better player. More people of higher skill lever =better play.

Really, because I’m pretty much the only regular there that bitches and I’m trying to keep it under control. I haven’t heard anybody else there complain about losing because of tier. The only other person that even comments about the tiers is 9tnine, and he beats top tier shit with twelve so yeah.
In any case if my bitching about chun or ken is that significant then I’ll try harder to shut up, but don’t shit on the scene because of one person.
On an unrelated note, I am going this thursday and will have a time card as usual. Hope to see you all there.
I would play Elena on Third Strike if there weren’t already ten people in line who wanted to play seriously.
I hope they manage to get a third machine of interest - without that, it kind of sucks. The pinball games are OK, but other than that there’s not a lot of awesome on the 2nd floor. They don’t even have REAL NBA Jams, just that bullshit “NBA on NBC Showtime” garbage. =P
About the complaining, I haven’t seen anyone complain when I was there. I like fighting against Chun/Ken/Yun, but no one plays them and when they do it’s not too often. And about more players needed, they either need another game (like CvS2 or ST) to deter attention from Marvel and 3S or they need like another Marvel/3S. For me what would be the point of playing 3S (love it, but hard to learn when I play 2,3 times in an hour) when I could play Marvel and get a bunch of good matches in? The name of the game is to improve, hella hard to do that with such limited action.
On the realz, I only find 3s frustrating to play against Jason’s Oro (which is damn good and who I end up fighting when its my turn). However, I play Hugo so I already know why it’s so damn hard to win against Justin’s Akuma and Jason’s Oro. If only I could parry every move in the game…
Then again, I also play colossus against seattle best mvc players. I will never learn.
The only other machine getting love is Samsho 5, I enjoyed playing peeps while waiting in line for mvc2. Cvs2 would be too cool for school.
