Let's Collab

Thanks, looks great!

okay bigboss ill get started on some of that work! do you have a DA account? i’d like to color some of your work. Its a good art workout lol

I dont’ know if this has been featured in the IMM or here, but apparently some french artists has collabed on some SF4 battles and SF3 ones. The latest one involves a headbutt of furiour proportions to Elena’s face by Urien.

Wow, those were awesome. You could recognize the moves that were drawn too [I only recognized Urien’s though. I haven’t played enough Elena, even after ALL these years]. Good stuff.

went through that whole thread because the art was so bad ass!!!

An ‘art battle’ doesn’t seem like a bad idea. Though it could become incredibly technical and segue into a ‘no u!’ pretty quickly. Interesting concept though; something to keep in mind.

Wow at the Urien/Elena art battle. Great detail and coloring; pretty impressive stuff they got there!

whoa.

Wow looks like you put a lot of effort in that. I hope a really good colorists gets at that one.

kandoken!!!

Thanks OrangeCat, those are top tier.

^^^we need to do that at some point. I might start it off

Not bad, I think you hit pretty close to what my original vision for this was, Shiningsoul. I do urge you to go crazy with my linework if it helps enhance the overall image; I get the feeling that you were trying not to step on my toes. It really wont hurt my feelings if you need to adapt it in any way. One thing I do recommend is to soften that shadow up… the black is a little too harsh. I’d recommend a light purple or muted green.

I started getting lazy towards the end of this… I’m not much of a colorist either; but I think the solid color of the shirt makes it stand out even more.

pretty tight man…thanks

i tried coloring it too but i think yours is better
