What version?
Oh right, it’s ver 1.1
We could totally collab!
Though you should upgrade. Much better IMO.
No worries. Sent you a PM.
I know it’s old but it suits my needs and it’s free ;o
Have you ever tried the networking feature?
Thanks. You have a preference for hard brushes?

:u: Click.
Awesome
Uh, I’ll take one lineart request from somebody (no coloring)
Thanks. You mind if I ask you a couple questions via PM?
Also I have some rough character concept sketches that are up for color:

I apologize for their rough sketchyness.
However the only things I have inked and uncolored at the moment are just random busts:

Feel free to ignore these if you want to color something else though. Also Daigo Jr posted a Makoto bust.
nice concepts, xeno. here’s pic i did on an oekaki app called chibi paint a long time ago:

i did attempt to paint it but the app flattened the layers after i had saved and logged back. i just kinda gave up.
Thanks. Chibi paint? Never heard of that one, I’ll have to check that out. That’s the nicest looking oekaki I’ve ever seen (usually oekaki looks very “mechanical” to me).
Moar like angular.
Oh that question about brushes I asked wasn’t a joke question btw.
Wow, that’s some nice work there Cancer.
Hard brushes yes. I have a preference to them. Sorry, wasn’t ignoring you on purpose. I for some reason didn’t see that posted.
Yeah no worries, all good.
I was just asking because when I use to see art like yours I was like “I LOVE YOU” and “I CAN SEE YOUR LINES, HOT”. And so I wondered if that was a preference. Like if the people who roll with the hard lines appreciate/respect the hard lines too, or if the covet the softness. I’m a soft line guy myself so I love seeing hard lines and hard blended with soft.
I can’t stand drawing in soft lines. I probably need to get over this bias. You know, to become better.
I think the closest I’ve come to soft lines on the tablet is drawing in hard lines, then filter blurring it. Get that soft line feel. That’s sorta cheating though.
What kind of tablet do you use?
I use a dinky wacom intuos 3.
But nah I think the bias might be subjective. I still really like seeing other people use hard brushes even though I’m bias and use soft brushes myself. I could just as well say it’s the other way around and I need to get over my bias and use hard brushes to get better. I just asked because I always wondered if one side prefers the other, haha.
