I updated the first post. Please make a note, if you left a post saying you are joining a tourney but basically prefaced it with “I have no way to get there but I’d like to join” then I didn’t add you as yet. It’s a month to secure a ride or lean how the GO train works. Please figure it out and then re-post saying you can come for sure so I can update the list.

Also, if you left a post saying “I’m coming to this” and didn’t actually say when you were entering please drop a line stating what game(s) you’re joining.

just as a PSA for anyone driving, the parking lot beside pownz is $4 for the day, but it only accepts coins (not bills/cc) so bring change.

I didn’t notice any lag at all on STHD. Although maybe it’s because it’s my converter, and I’m used to it. The only lag I experienced was CvS1. I told Jay Wang not to run it. Ratio 4’s take too long.

Maybe the SF4 sticks for anyone getting or bringing can fix this input lag issue. (Inno just a maybe theory).

P.S. What time is the tourney taking place?

Mmmm, sounds so good.
Been living in Hamilton all this time but never ate at any of these Caribbean/Jamaican places. But damn if that pownz place didn’t smell so good during the tourney.

There’s also this great Greek eatery place a couple blocks from pownz toward downtown called Tony’s Corner.
Amazing food, and 4 dollars Gyros. I mean, you just can’t beat that.

how do you get to POWNZ using the Go Train? Also, how much will it cost to get there?

From where? Assuming union = 9 bucks and a 10-15 min walk.

If you get off at Hamilton GO it’s a way longer walk than 15 mins I think, or maybe it’s because of all the one way streets but it just feels longer.

From union station, $9 (so $18 for bothways). Then it’s a 10 minute walk from Hamilton GO station to Pownz. Just use google maps. Hamilton GO station is really close to Pownz.

You might be there until 8-9pm if you want to stay until the end.

Check the go train schedueles to make sure you don’t miss the last train leaving Hamilton :lol:
