Let me introduce you to "my Stan"

first I don’t know whether it’s appropriate to talk about your monitor for hire omnitech related sub website because it’s not directly related to tech.
if this is the wrong category please have a lot of races first paragraph and put it in a better category. I think it’s enough tangentially related to tech talk because I talked about Stan so much on my Tik-Tok forms and a lot of people have funny impressions about them that I like to clear up with these comments

Mostt people based their opinion of “my Stan” based on what I write about him.

Based on what I described earlier some people think that my stan is a guy who just answered my email said he knew enough about general electronic workmanship to fiddle around and find his way around blindly.

If you want a more accurate picture of who and what Stan really is,. since he told me this was his YouTube channel and it is not a private channel as far as I could tell, maybe you should see for yourself.

His YouTube username “xxstanthemanxx1”. He’s been posting videos for seven years.

Based on the fact that I first use his services during the Street Fighter 4 era for the Xbox 360 I guess there was a big enough combination of his learning enough, earning enough, and liking it enough to do it for more than just me.

Now I understand I’m his most challenging project,. And I admitted it when I told it to him even back 10 years ago during Street Fighter 4 days.

of course he didn’t understand but made a well-crafted Xbox 360 joystick with a couple things that I tried and directed and didn’t work out so well.

one of the main problems was a quick connects are also fragile connects plus if you lose track of the individual wires, it feels like cable spaghetti. Plus I found out the reason why they’re called quick connects and not frequent connects. They fall off when plugged in and out too many times.

I understand the majority of our arguments are combined into these two facts:

  1. I have a very specific need and need to research the procedures and know that most traditional ways will not serve me correctly unless combined right. I have the right ideas to do it but I don’t understand the jargon to convey it to him very well.

  2. Stan has very specific skills and usually learns by doing, and understands the jargon very well,. but if something doesn’t fit exactly or specifically the way he thinks of it he can’t seem to understand it and either challenges you and asks you are you sure you want to do that, and suugests a better way a (to him) , or if you can’t convey, if you’re willing to pay, acts on blind faith and hopes you know what you’re doing.

I understands that having a great idea in mind and conveying it to another person is tough, especially when the idea guy…
A) has Asperger’s Syndrome,
And B) doesn’t understand electronics building and repair at all except on bits and pieces from Shoryuken dot com Forums, especially the thought processes and jargon of the expert.

But I’ve been validated more than one would except. Keith Robinson liked my idea of netroganes,xl except was not sure whether to believe my claim of 1ms ping per 300 km distance. Tex Tiexera of Sprint said the Direct Connect Network can do low ping data already. They just needed to actually use it in the way I suggest or other way that’s has an advantage over regular internet.

that’s half the reason why I have so many posts on shoryuken because it’s a lot cheaper to talk and spend time that it is to spend money get it wrong and spend more money.

My money is in two proportion of the life I live. As long as I’m alive I get money thanks to my social security.

Stan has other jobs with joysticks as well as an outside non-joystick job I assume, and also has family members and Friends.

At 45, I am richer in time that I am in money. The only way I’ll run out of money is if I run out of time. I understand people are willing to pay big bucks to have a stick turned out in between the time they hear of a competition and play in it.

Also he said he’d like to learn some new techniques.

Actually he never posted anything about my joystick in his YouTube video. I don’t know if he asked I didn’t know about his YouTube video I would have probably given him permission to post something.

He told me he wasn’t sure that double wiring each button was going to work. I was more sure of it because I noticed that wine out a single video to two different sources make them weak enough to not register a picture on my PVR but adding power in front of it makes him strong enough. and I assumed it was the same amount of power being split two ways there for halving the power in each branch. but I also noticed that if only one end is plugged in the other free end is just a dangling dead end that neither takes nor gives power. And that comes in handy if you have an either-or situation like my joystick being either right-handed or left-handed.

I wish he would have recorded the video of him testing my sinister stick, because he wasn’t sure was going to work. He was pleasantly surprised when it worked exactly as how I described. Like a standard Fight stick normally, and like a mirrored button rightie the other way and so easy a 6 year old can do it. That would have been a good reaction to capture live on YouTube.

So before you think of Stan as just some rank amateur, remember that before anyone conquered the world in any field, they were just rank amateurs at whatever they were trying to do too.
