Why is it such a problem really though? It is a forum. Everyone here seems to get so worked up every time someone makes a thread. Not like we are going to run out of room.
Its local culture on SRK, people hate threads. Its much nicer having information consolidated in relevant threads. I would recommend getting used to this. I thought it was weird at first as well, but then got used to it.
To prevent a million threads of people running into the same problems, asking the same questions that have been answered or will be answered in one post, etc.
Plus, it’s easier for everyone, including the developer to check 1 thread for bugs and glitches than having people making threads for each issue.
I have no problems with people making threads, especially when they’re useful.
However, ones like this one? You know… ones that belong in the bugs and glitches thread? They get closed.
