One of my closest friends growing up is transsexual now. I said that in one of my first replies. I have befriended several transsexuals through school or work or just hanging out and getting to know them. Their rights are some of the many rights I fight for because they are my FRIENDS. And you are a certified asshat. I have been with them to get their hormornes, seeing endocrinologists, going with them to city halls to talk to local government about trans issues. I am there liking and sharing their statuses on social network, jumping into the defense of transphobic attacks on the street. I have done all of that and I dont regret it because I would want someone to do the same for me if I was transgendered.
A LGBT organization paid for my college tuition my junior year of college for raising awareness about trans-woman issues in my sex and sociology department. Like really, how dare you say such a thing? You know absolutely nothing about my life.

And another thing. Transsexuals dont “trick” men into having sex with them. MOST transsexuals are pre-op when means they still have their male genitalia so you cant be fooled by someone if you dont bother to look down and see a penis. Post op surgery is around 40 thousand bucks and the ones who do have it are open with their significant others about their past.
Also, there are trans-men as well. They exist as well. There are many biological women living as men blending with society.

I would say the FGC is already dealing with it, although slowly. Voices are being heard and more people are beginning to understand that the marginalized groups in the FGC. We’re not free of hate yet, but it is at least talked about.
