I found out the nerf in cr. MK. The reach is the same, but the hitbox only covers half of her leg in height instead of the full leg. It might whiff on some attacks that had lower hurtboxes now.
Watching that video, did they give Laura’s air elbow invincibility frames or something? Or does it connect better early? It seems like it doesn’t get stuffed on startup frames like it used to anymore.
Can somebody tell me how many throws or command throws you need to get 1 bar on S1? Here I get almost 1 bar with 4 throws and 4/5 of a bar with 2 command grabs.

cr. HK = 90 dmg (was 100)
overhead = 80 dmg (was 90) but still 100 in VT
forward throw = 120/150 (was 130/200)
back throw = 120/150 (was 120/170)
command throw = +10 dmg on regular grabs (base is 160 for L version); EX version deals same damage but +50 more stun; in VT base damage is 180 (L) and stun is 230, EX grab does 210/280
Also target combo st. MP > st. MK is now +2 on hit (was +1).
P.S. with the M Bolt being +1 after dash you can actually do a meaty EX grab on wakeup after the knockdown.
@NaokiB4U no change in the fireball behaviour and armor on EX bolt is still frame 3.
Lame. Can’t have everything. Does it still hit on the low part of the fireball? If the damage box was just a bit higher it would help this move on jump in tremendously.
The projectile hitbox of the fireball looks the same. As I said though EX fireball seems to have a faster recovery, so it might be easier to defend yourself if you throw one and they jump at you.
I don’t think we realised yet that Laura might’ve got her first truly projectile invincible move. Get rekt Guile.
I am. So as I guessed they nerfed the regular throw meter gain but buffed dramatically the command grab one. Overall it looks more rewarding to land command grabs now.
