I was thinking like a parry that entered you into a chain grapple state. From there you have various submissions to chain into but they are all hard as nails 1 frame links. You drop the link you eat a big combo.
Just because a character has a command grab that doesn’t necessarily mean they are a grappler.
Makoto has a command grab, Ibuki, Yun and Yang, Fei Long all have command grabs.
Zangief is a bare bones definition of grappler

This guy sucks, he’s not using any of her command grabs. She’s clearly designed to go in super hard, but this guy kept playing it safe and he almost lost because of it. Don’t let his shitty playstyle ruin your image of her.
-fireball has different startups/distances, one is almost stationary, one goes further, one looked like it went almost full screen. Reminds me a lot of poison’s fireball.

fireball shows up a distance in front of her. Unlike poison’s, when karin jumped in it looked like she should’ve landed on the fireball but she did it like 3 times and never did.
v-skill kick can be done off of forward and back linear movement. Unsafe as it got punished every time.
air HK? Has a good hitbox, potential air to air.
