Very true…which is why the Old SNK vs. the new SNK threads come up in many other forums ala SNK-Cap.com etc… very very true Kyokuji.
That is true both games have a different feel but you could kind look at that from Capcom vs. SNK…
At high levels of play KOF is a VERY FAST GAME…played quite differently from Street Fighter, so many wondered how the hell they would mesh the two systems together…took them like 3 tries to get it right (CVS1,PRO then CVS2 THEY GOT IT RIGHT)
But what about the upcomin KOF 11, were gettin that here soon and it looks alright to me. PLus CVS2 i thought was a great game. I dunno bout you guys.
Good stuff guys. I agree with Kyokuji its the atmosphere that sets it aside from other fighting games. I liked cvs2 but i wish they made the snk ppl better, thats my only thing with that game (ppl like king got butchered). Btw when are u guys normally on kalleria i want to see the " fruits of my training", lol.
