great news jep, shipping to States was only one week and shipping to EU takes about 3-5 days so far. Keep in mind that I`ve to manufacture the plexis after order …
Thanks Jochen. My plexi order is in my home right now in perfect condition. Almost two weeks it took to get to my door in Chile, very soon for me considering that come from Germany, sweet.

Missing/damaged items from my order

As I did not receive a reply to my previous email, I felt I need to post here :-
Please contact me immediately as I have received only 1 plexi panel, despite paying for 2 via Paypal and this item may also be damaged as it looks very scratched.
Also, can I ask why no tape whatsoever was used to secure the cardboard box the item was shipped in ?.
Somewhere in the postal system of Germany or UK the box has been crushed and as a result the box flaps have come open and as no tape was stopping the box from falling open, maybe one of the plexi fell out ? or maybe you did not send me the 2 plexi I paid for ?.
Very unhappy and I would ask you to contact me immediately to resolve these problems.

Thankyou for your reply to my email, explaining that you had inadvertently not packed part of my order.
I will post again when the remaining part of this order has arrived satisfactorily.
Lets just say, a postman delivering a soaking wet, damaged and open cardboard box with part of my order missing, did not exactly “make my day” lol.
Yes, sorry for that circumstances. I was three day offline on a lonley northern german island called Amrum. soaking wet and damaged …sounds cruel…
… and thousands km on the other side of the world in Chile the cardbox is in good condition and delivered in time. Somethimes I could slap the post companies…
Hey bencao, that agetec plexi is sweet…but i have one question, could be made without the visual memory hole and those two screw holes at the sides?
