In the corner same combo but juggle with sthp xx dp, tag cammy, cannon spike, cannon spike (if u have another bar) tag Lars, cl hp xx dp. Dunno the names of his moves yet. Lol you can get over 500dmg easy with this team. But the only problem is that I HATE this cammy. Dunno if I will drop her. Still testing.
So… Where can I find framedata for Lars… (and the other dlc).
Yeah as of now im running Cammy X Lars. And yeah, corner damage can get high, but midscreen they dont have great synergy really…well Lars > Cammy at least. Unless you wanna sacrifice considerable damage, the best tag you can get off is off SE: Rising Storm. and even then, if you only spend one bar (to tag into cammy) they dont even break 400 (midscreen)…they get 398 =/ well…(again) pre patch…im still at 1.6 =(
Ah geez, I’ve decided to purchase SFxT on PC myself and record each of Lars normals and specials and count each individual frame for the startup. The PC version is pre-2013 at the moment though. Not sure if I’m going to be able to figure out exactly how much a move is on block or on hit though.

that combo isnt possible in 2013 b/c Lars can no longer link after ex rekkas.

Is it me, or Lars and Heihachi have horrible synergy?
Its funny I was trying this combination myself earlier and I’m starting to come to the same conclusion. I love Heihachi and I really wanted to pick up Lars as a point character for him but they don’t seem to tag into each other very well.
While were on the subject, who do you guys suggest as a partner to Lars?

I was watching the Vid that shows some of Lars’ changes for 2013, and the caption during the Silent Entry explanation states that Hard SE can be canceled in any other strength of SE. Yet I swear ComboFiend says you can cancel any of the Silent Entries into any other version 8 frames into recovery.
To clear up confusion, would someone kindly explain which versions of SE can be canceled, etc.?
Also, can you cancel SE in DE or vice versa?
Yea you might have to walk forward a bit though to follow up with moves like cr.mp.
I had a question about Lars as a character, and to see if anyone can help sway my opinion of him.
My thing with Lars is that I don’t like him. The weird thing is, he’s everything I could want in a character. Solid normals, good damaging combos, great battery and point character. But, for whatever reason, I just can’t get behind him and find any interest to learn him. I know he has some pretty wicked frame traps, but I firmly believe that when you start to learn frame traps, you’re taking a bit of fun out of the game from yourself. You start taking the game a little too seriously.
I feel like I could get better if I practice with Lars. Someone who doesn’t have a lot of gimmicks but has all the tools he needs to win. I wanna like him, for what he is! I just don’t find any enjoyment out of playing with him.
