It’s called a joke, because this is a fighting game forum.
Oh, I honestly thought it was just to stay healthy. You do burn a lot of calories in golf (assuming you’re walking).
His O2 levels in his blood have indicated postive for EPO (doping) for years but his coaches and stuff have always claimed that he was a ‘Unique’ human.
Pfft what ev- like theres a guy out there who just happens to be different than all other humans.
So yes hes been tested positive many times but they used to let him slide.
the problem with legalizing EPO is that when non pros (and even some pors) use it- it can kill you-
You get so much hemo-globin in your blood that it becomes very thick and gets clogged up in your heart- many ppl die while asleep on there sides due to EPO- (they made it legal in the UK for a few years and a bunch of Eddy’s died)
I don’t understand?? Aren’t accusations like these supposed to be backed up by scientific facts and not word of mouth? I’m moving to the USA I need to accuse me some people of murder.
They are playing the odds that 10 dopers’ testimony > 1 dude’s word.
Sent from my thumbs, using SRK technology.
there is science- they test riders blood before rides- but many of them endure blodd transfusions before the test- then have there hyped blood put back in them before the race- crazy stuff
Because that would totally leave their bodies in peak condition, with zero needle marks…
…this is a joke, isn’t it?
/post-09 sarcasm syndrome

no joke man- I am fo real- so real- im just on lunch break but when I get off work, from the bike shop : ) , Ill link some articles
in the past 15years i’m sure Bradley Wiggins and Lance Armstrong are the only Tour de France champions who havent tested positve for anything. even the cyclists that came 2nd and 3rd against Armstrong during his 7 tour de france wins had all failed their doping tests. There are more doping offences in cycling than all the track and field events combined which isnt really suprising.
when lance was accused by his former team mates for doping i’ve always wondered why he didnt take any of them to court for making false accusations.
I’m just going to put it bluntly, this whole case just reeks of… Wrong.
Stretch Armstrong didnt use drugs.
Unless you’ve been eating nothing but organic foods, staying away from any potentially contaminated water sources, etc. your whole life, you’ve probably ingested hormones that potentially effect your development in unknown ways. Yet if a guy might have taken something that has known effects on his body, his entire record is invalidated … yeah, sounds fair.
I bet it’s a plot by them Europee-ons cuz they can’t stand an Amurrican dominating their little bike race.
Damn, even the FBI? When did they get involved in this? I’m just curious because I don’t remember hearing the FBI getting involved (albeit I didn’t follow this story 24/7 until Lance may lose titles came all over ESPN like a plague) and now I’m wondering what the whole story is now behind that as well.
If that is true, a big F.Y. to the USDA then, to me it smells and feels shady. Once again, if USDA can provide some concrete proof I’ll be more then willing to side with them, but until them, Lance was the Beast, and him helping out people with cancer will always get a thumbs up no matter what.
since I don’t know much about sports, can anyone explain to me why these matters are dealt with by federal law enforcement agencies, or why we have an agency dedicated specifically to doping in sports? why can’t we just let the governing bodies of these sports take care of it?
whats really sad about this, is regardless of what armstrong did, the end game here is just destroying a hero to millions. hes retired, and the only pro cyclist most americans know about. there has to be no more than 20 people in the country who care about the integrity of professional cycling.
I feel bad for Marion Jones.
thats how riders get the effects of EPO without using EPO, and its easily traceable.
this much is at least true, did you ever see how hard barry bonds worked out? :o
he did say that the HGH made his eyes feel sharper…there’s no proof of that being true, but he DID set a MLB record for walks the next year… he had better eyes than the umpires
It also helps that Barry Bonds was on his way to possibly being one of the best players of all time even before he started taking the heavy stuff. Giving PED’s to someone that was already well on his way to 500-600 HRs and well…everyone saw those results.
PED’s given to lower tier athletes tend to be wasted otherwise. They just put the higher tier athletes on another level.
But to bring this back to cycling, everyone’s taking so it doesn’t really matter in the end. I pretty much bet if the entire field including Lance wasn’t taking back in the day, he still would’ve squashed them.
