Im a huge Fan of the Blazblue series and I cant help but notice there isn’t much information here on blazblue. I mean the forums on here are nothing near as in depth as the Street Fighter series. As a huge Fan of Blazblue I’m considering making a in depth Character specific guide for each character. This would include Frame data, Combos, as well as character matchups and stuff eventually. Anyone think I should go ahead and do this? What are your opinions on this?
Go for it, nothing wrong with helping out the community =)
Go to the dustloop forums. Plenty of blazblue stuff there.
SRK isn’t known as a strong BB community. However, as mudkipzzz mentioned, there are already lots of in-depth information on Dustloop.
- Well there isn’t anything stopping you from doing this. It would be a nice gesture, although as a few have already stated, Dustloop is the place to go when your in need of BB info. Whether it be combo guides, tips, move list, etc, Dustloop pretty much has it covered. Still, your welcomed to do guides here if you want to. *
You really can’t go wrong just going to Dustloop if you really want your BB info. I’m sure most people here already know of it/use it.
Like I said im a huge fan of Blazblue. I already know about Dustloop. I just figured that since SRK is probably one of if not the best site to go on for information on just about all fighting games that it would be nice to put more info into the Blazblue forums. I suppose though if everyone on here already knows about Dustloop then there is no reason to.
The Blazblue forum should just redirect to Dustloop, honestly. It would make everything easier.
Basically agreed. Not that I don’t like SRK, but it shouldn’t become the default hub for all FG related news. Having some more info here would be nice, but unless you compile enough to actually supersede DL, you’re just kind of undercutting it.
Then again, I can very easily imagine someone on SRK who isn’t really sure about BB, giving it a shot if there was more info presented here, who knows-- do what you want/GL.
