6-4 Makoto favor in regular best of 3.
At least 7-3 Makoto favor in a best of 5, so under regular best of 3, Kuroda should win more convincingly.
Matsuken next FT10 going to be epic.

Necro’s specials besides hook are slow enough to re-action parry when your not looking for them, lead to nothing, and are your ass on parry so you will not see them used much by stronger players.
Both sa1 and sa2 are playable.
@Ryu24
What makes you think this match-up 7-3?
Back mp all day. Cool set.
Necros not bad!
Lol at 7-3. You’re fucking mad
yeah i dunno what that’s about.
but i agree matsuken set will probably be cool!
@Devdan
what’re you expecting? going to go throwing out hooks and snakefangs at random? kuroda plays like this with basically every character, it’s just how he chooses to play. if the character also doesn’t have specials you can use to pressure or advance with, then you can’t really use them to try and do that. Necro’s normals might as well be specials anyway with how unique a lot of them are as far as keeping him safe and hitting areas really no other character can.
Need to see that Twelve. Or Yang.
Against Matsuken I think he’ll really put out Twelve, just to make a point or so.
next guesses: Sean, Remy, Oro
whishfukl thinking: Gouki, Urien, Dudley
mov vs kuroda
the discipline…not a single unnecessary input
I always feel like this is what distinguishes both of these players from the rest. really good economy of moves if that makes sense.
But he already used Urien. I wonder if he can beat Matsuken with Twelve… That’d be fun.
Would be really cool if the more experienced players here did video match analysis of one of these upcoming FT10s and uploaded it to YouTube. Stuff like watch part of the match, pause video, explain why/how they did stuff and then repeat the process. Would be slow as hell (like doubling the time of the FT10 I would imagine) but would be cool to watch.
Id do that but don’t have the resources right now. Maybe next month when I buy a new laptop. If theres enough interest.
I heard its kuroda Dudley vs matsuken. But I’m not sure. I might have dreamed that on accident.
I think there’ll definitely be enough interest!
Dudley vs matsuken? I predict 10-2
I’d be interested in a match analysis.

Next Battle VS Pierrot
Well that was unexpected.
Watched the first part so far and it’s going surprisingly close, down to the wire.
A thing that’s baffling me is that on both sides they had like a thousand blocked cMK never punished with reversal super. And Kuroda repeatingly droppind the kara sho.
Edit: cool thing they switched sides halfway through, probably to account for the 1p/2p differences
Oh yeah I saw the same thing in Yuuki vs Boss, Ken mirror and no reversaling low forward on block. Some masters of the Ken mirror, please let us in on the secret!
My suspicions:
There’s better things to be looking for in neutral than just waiting to block a low forward and reversal it.
And/or
The other player can mix up just low forward with low forward ex fireball and make you blow your meter for nothing if you get too rambunctious on reversaling those.
Jesus christ it was looking close and then Matsuken put on the gas a little. Kuroda was then like “Nah m8” and went beast mode with the white Ken.
I did notice a lot of cr.mk into EX fireball in the beginning which supports Igloo’s theory. That whole mirror was basically 4 moves:
if 1, 2 or 3 hit, super. I guess it’s just very economical third strike but must be pretty boring to play after awhile.
where?
