Choiboy, sounds fucking great. Hopefully we can roll in Thursday night, visit the legendary SVGL. You guys think flying into San Jose Airport would be a smarter idea than flying into Oakland or San Fran. I’m coming from SLC. San Jose seems alot closer to the hotel.
Ahhh, you guys should also do stream on Saturday too. But whatever you can muster. I’m pretty excited. Choiboy, thanks for beating my friend on the main screen (he was the Balrog), you made him look horrible. He was freaked to be playing on the live stream.

SRK has graciously sponsored NCR with its official EVO equipment!
So NCR will use the same setups from EVO meaning PS2, PS3, and ASUS monitors.
Note that we’ll be unlocking all characters using standard methods so that, “You did not earn a trophy” message will not appear and hinder gameplay.
We are planning to do live stream on Sunday. The hotel has provided extra bandwidth for our event so hopefully the stream turns out nicely.
Why not use Xbox 360 for HDR since there seem to be lag issues with the PS3 version ?

There is no advantage to ps3, just laggy menus, relatively worse online play , buggy button config, smaller playerbase.

Capcom is lending their equipment… bringing x360s is gonna be a hassle for the organizers.
Button config sucks, but gameplay is what matters. I like playing on 360s better, but I just have to refute the argument if it isn’t true.
