The way the Fujin is fastened on there is hard to unscrew without cracking itā¦you can maybe use a jlf shaft with a sanwa bat top in its place but Iām not sureā¦
@Deyhoob I think if you wait a few months I think Paradise Arcade Store will stock the Golden Fanta Mod. That should include multiple diameter of shafts. This is designed to fit Sanwa LB-30-N bat-tops but not the clear LB-30-N-CW version. Both you can find from paradise arcade.
You could use any bat or ball top you want but the shafts height is adjusted to fit the Sanwa LB-30-N. It should sit higher if you use another bat-top or ball-top. @rbuniao Also the Sanwa LB-30-N comes with the adapter.
I find omron V102 1A4 (japan) is very light and sensitive microswitch I have ever find, and it is very hard to find. I bougt it (couple years a go) at old electronic shop (only 1pcs), and they have none left in stock.
then V152 1C25 (japan) I also bought it at the same old electronic shop (only 1pcs). it have some resistance but not as hard as Panasonic switch. yet it is also sensitive.
last week, I try to order this model via online, then I got āmade in Indonesiaā version, I find Indonesia version is slightly less sensitive as Japan version. but not too much, I can barely notice the difference. I find it par to panasonic switch sensitivity but with less resistance and it feels different, maybe it have something to do with the different placement of the switch actuator point.
last is V152 1A5 Indonesia version. this is the least sensitive microswitch that I try. and the resistance is same with 1C25. this work best to compensate 17.5mm golden fanta actuator.
so. here is what I find, less sensitive switch will make the diagonal input window narrower. and we can compensate big actuator that being too sensitive using less sensitive switch.
and doing wavedash is easier using small window diagonal input. (now this become make sense why green lever is so good for playing mishimas).
using sensitive lever will makes more input error on doing wavedash (in my case, double input on diagonal)
for me, right now I am comfortable using V152 1C25 Indonesia + cones actuator. I can do wavedash with less error (sometimes got double input on corner) and yet still easy to hit diagonals.
@wazwuz I heard that the Seimitsu LS-300 will have levered Omron ditches that make the stick feel like a JLF. Maybe we could harvest those from the joystick when it releases soon and try them in a Fanta.
@rbuniao Yeah I was looking at the 5 Pin version with soldered switches, my bad, its pre-order. I would buy it just for the switches because I like to Frankenstein parts. It will also mean finally buying a Seimitsu joystick so for me personally its two birds with one stone. My plan was to take an LS-38-SC and add LS-300 switches. More tension, more sensitivity and a nice shaft cover. If I can get my hands on the Golden Fanta when it releases officially, I might try the switches out with that. I heard they feel like the JLF, my favorite joystick soā¦
I did Notice that tracing number of this package havenāt updated yet. I have call service center about this. I will go to Post office this weekend to investigate about this issue.
UPDATE:
I have visit Post Office today regarding this Issue. So, there was special condition that makes our package being delayed. A week ago King Salman (Saudi Arabia) visiting my country, and he bring so much stuff + 1500 Royal members (even he bring his own escalators and cars) that makes shipping overload. and when he back, he + 1500 royal members also bring so much souvenir.
Apparently it is not just us, there were many complaints in the post office about this delayed shipping.
Iām apologize to all of you guys because not aware about this. Trust me, this issue makes me upset too. If only there were no issue, you will be receiving your package this weekend and can start reviewing it.
I will keep monitoring this shipment. thank you for your patience.
this the type of stuff you canāt make up lol
on other note
JLFsanwa, crown, nor myoungshin black/green shaft fits into
FujjinV2 grommet center piece, it is too thin/tight. Thus
you would have to change grommet and shaft to alter the lever,
reversing the mod you paid for. Making it a myoungshin with a stability plate aka a plain airbag.
I donāt have the math cause I donāt care, just donāt do it.
I have a Fujin v 2 and I didnāt have an issue with using a Fanta bat top instead of clear one though it was a bit snug but I havenāt tried a jlf shaft either
