any recommendations for arcades and nighttime hotspots in Seoul? I’m gonna be there for the weekend sometime in May. Looking for some ST, 3s and VF5 (do they even have VF in Korea?) action, and looking for some places to go drinking and meeting some ladies. 
Hey bro, I’m AF too and been in Osan for less than a month, just got my tmo and finally settled in. I’ve been looking for someone to play in 3s for awhile but no luck. Still haven’t visted outside the front gate restraunts/stores. I’ll hit you up with a PM if you’re interested in letting me tag along or whatnot, I haven’t played anyone good in a while lol.
@Samson: I think I went downtown right outside base once and now I stay the hell away from there. Half the people (military) downtown are idiots. I like to take breaks away from the military so I take a taxi straight to the subway station.
I spend my weekends clubbing or playing fighting games with Laugh, the arcade owner and random others.
Laugh as you can see is fluent in English and also Korean so he can translate stuff for you if you’re confused like I am. 
I have 3rd strike in my room so if you have a stick/controller you could play on base as well.

I hit up Hongdae mainly at night for clubs. There are several of them there and the best time would be to go on the last Friday of the month (Club Day). I don’t even know if Hongdae is still restricted for military (It’s no longer on the restricted list for nights), but I don’t give a fuck, I know that’d be really homo if someone reported my ass for being there AND past curfew. Stupid military rules… I wish I was a civilian. If the commander had me in the office asking why I’d break the rules I’d be like “Cause I have a life”
Shit only reason why “GIs” are banned from clubs is because there’s always a group of retards that ruin it for everyone.

I use everybody LOL! It’s pretty vague, but yeah… my main character is Chun-li but that bitch is boring to play in casuals and I try to use her sparingly.

I did pretty well in CvS2, I did decent in 3rd strike, and I got murdered in the one game I played in Melty Blood against a Sion player. I almost won a round though if that counts
