Can I swap the joystick and buttons with Sanwa parts ?

buttons yes

jlf is not a straight drop in, would not be correct height, although you can try mounting it without the plate to see if that helps

anzhar thanks for the reply. Could you recommended which of these sanwa buttons would be best suited, I’m after a sanwa button that is the most sensitive to touch.

they are all the same in terms of sensitivity as they have the same microswitches

by the way, the konami hyperstick is a decent stock stick, all seimitsu parts. not to your liking??

Just get another stick if i were you modding a hyperstick is such a pain because its soldered.

unless I came across a replacement fightstick which was already modded with sanwa parts, then I would consider selling it
