a) not my tier list. It’s from Orochinagi and Cyberfanatix, and people there think its legit. What do YOU think it should look like
b) Ash and Athena have the best FIREBALL/DRAGON game, the best ‘traditional shoto’ game, meaning fireballs that let them pressure and zone with the threat of AA if the opponent jumps it. NOT the best AA overall, although Ash’s AA is very good.

O RLY. That doesn’t mean they can’t zone and control space. Seriously, Ash has a great fireball game in this.
I’d imagine the whole non-tag teams thing makes tiers less apparent. Assuming there’s no character who’s god-like or god-awful, choosing three characters instead of one means you get what is essentially a tier-spread.
As long as there aren’t characters who are clearly heads above the rest, you’ll most likely be seeing a lot of variety even in tournament play.

That’s definitely true, I’m operating under the assumption that the tier list is going to remain close.
But the point is that it’s not like MvC2, where your team of 3 functions as a single character with multiple options - each character you choose is independent of the others.
This way if there’s one S-tier character, everyone might pick them, but if there are say, 6-7 A-tier characters, you’ll see a bit of variety as people choose different combinations based on their play style.

On topic I think its a little too early to be making tier lists, give it a few months and we’ll all have gotten a feeling for all the characters strengths/weaknesses

This was announced by Kotaku yesterday
It basically says that she is not going to be in the initial release but may be available as DLC. My money is on that considering that people have reported official Mai and K’ art in the KoF12 art style.

No. The background was the 2002UM artwork. K and Mai were done the same way as the KOF XII artwork.

I know people wanna see Mai but m personal fave is K and Krauser and since i know Krauser wont be in it id like to see K make it in which he should since he is definitely a fan favorite.
