KOFXII beeping countdown timer?

is it me or is there a beeping noise every second the timer counts down??
is that really there? or is it coming from somewhere else in the arcade?

I barely can hear it but it’s there.

That arcades is really good I remember playing XII there, but the Duo Lon player from seven Islands part 06 should of used his Beni instead of his Andy. Cause I remember playing that guy and and probably spent about 30 dollars on him.
