Its odd cause my PC does read the controller. I use it all the time to play SSF4A2012 on PC. However, for some reason KOF13 doesnt read the stick at all. Anyone know a good solution to this?
Check if you have other controllers plugged in as well. I have two Wii controllers plugged through an adapter and it won’t read my stick unless those are unplugged. I think KOF 13 only accepts input from the first two controllers in your computer’s list. So whatever is being recognized as Joypad 0 and 1.

They really need to update the game to be able to see more than 2 controller plugged in at the same time. This is PC, not console.
